About Missile

MISSILE is an international rollerdance performance company founded and directed by choreographer Cécile Klaus. For more than twenty years, the company has created dynamic performances that combine dance, roller skating, acrobatics, and theatrical staging, bringing a distinctive energy to live events, stage productions, festivals, and brand activations.

Based between Paris and New York, Missile works with professional performers who are both trained dancers and highly skilled roller skaters, capable of executing technical choreography, freestyle rollerdance, and acrobatic elements on wheels. This unique combination allows the company to offer performances that are visually striking, athletic, and engaging for audiences of all ages.

Missile’s work ranges from large-scale stage shows and synchronized roller dance performances to immersive entertainment formats for corporate events and celebrations, where performers move through the space and interact with guests, transforming the atmosphere of the event.

Founder & Artistic Director

Cecile Klaus

Cecile Klaus is the founder and artistic director of Missile. A choreographer and multidisciplinary performer, she has developed a unique approach to rollerdance that blends dance technique, roller skating, and acrobatic movement.

Originally trained in music and dance, Cécile studied at the French National Conservatory and later continued her dance training at the Alvin Ailey School in New York, where she specialized in modern dance and pedagogy.

Over the past two decades, she has created and directed rollerdance performances for stage productions, festivals, corporate events, and brand activations in Europe and the United States. Her work focuses on transforming roller skating into a refined performance language, combining technical precision, choreography, and audience interaction.

In addition to directing Missile, Cécile works as a choreographer, teaching artist, and creative director, collaborating with performers and organizations internationally.
